St. Joseph's University - Brooklyn

Rich Reynolds joined St. Joseph’s University, N.Y. – Brooklyn women’s soccer team ahead of the 2024 season, serving as an assistant coach under Patrick Horne. In November 2024, Reynolds was promoted to the program's head coach in advance of the 2025 season. With over 15 years of coaching experience, he specializes in goalkeeping and goalkeeper training across multiple levels.

Reynolds has coached top clubs in the Caribbean, including SV Robinhood (the most successful football club in Suriname), and has been involved with the Guyana national football team at various levels; including serving as the head goalkeepers' coach of the U-20 side during 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup Qualifiers.

In addition to his duties at St. Joseph's, Reynolds currently serves as the director and coach of goalkeeping at Trinity High School and Union SC of the UPSL. He is also the founder of Rich Reyn Goalkeepers’ Talent Factory. Reynolds resides in New Jersey.
