St. Joseph's University - Brooklyn

Hope Mitchell is the longest tenured member of the SJBK Athletic Department joining the Bears in 2007 as the senior administrative assistant to the athletic director in addition to serving as the fitness center and event staff supervisor. In 2009, the native of Jamaica was elevated to the Assistant for Special Projects, also maintaining supervision of the fitness center and event staff.

Mitchell has served as the assistant director of athletics for sport programs since 2015. Her primary responsibilities include travel arrangements for all teams, contract management for all athletic contests, scheduling of all game times and coordination of the purchasing of team equipment and apparel.

A double alumna of St. Joseph's, Mitchell received a Bachelor of Science in human sciences from the Clinton Hill campus in 2007 and a Masters of Sciences in human sciences and leadership in 2011. She also holds a certificate in counseling.
