St. Joseph's University - Brooklyn

Jill Conroy was named Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Student-Athlete Services and Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) at St. Joseph’s University, New York (Brooklyn) in June 2025. A Brooklyn native, she brings nearly a decade of NCAA experience in compliance, academic support, and student-athlete development.

She joined the Bears after three seasons at Stonehill College, where she served as assistant women’s basketball coach during the Skyhawks’ transition to Division I. Her responsibilities included team operations, compliance documentation, academic monitoring, and onboarding new student-athletes. Prior to Stonehill, Conroy held coaching roles at Stevens Institute of Technology and Goldey-Beacom College.

A 2017 graduate from Holy Family University in Philadelphia, Conroy obtained a bachelor's degree in sports management and marketing. A four-year letterwinner and women's basketball team captain her senior year, she finished her career ranked in the program's top ten in scoring (1349 points), top five in assists (440) and three-point field goals (174), and top three in games started (116). She also served as president of Holy Family's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
