St. Joseph's University - Brooklyn

Nol Serqa was appointed the fourth head coach in the history of the St. Joseph’s Brooklyn men’s soccer program ahead of the 2025 season. He brings a dynamic coaching background spanning youth, collegiate, and club soccer, with a focus on player development, tactical execution, and leadership education.

Serqa most recently served as an assistant at Iona University, contributing to a 12-win campaign and the program’s MAAC regular-season championship He previously served as an assistant at Hunter College. Away from St. Joseph's, Serqa continues to serve as Director of Coaching at Westchester Soccer Club. Earlier roles include head coach at Albion SC Brooklyn and coaching within the New York Red Bulls youth system.

A former player at Monroe College and academy graduate of KF Besa in Kosovo, Serqa holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Brooklyn College. He is currently pursuing his UEFA A License and holds certifications in performance analysis (PFSA) and sport psychology (Barça Innovation Hub).
