USMMA's Strong Start Sinks Women's Soccer

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The St. Joseph's University, N.Y. – Brooklyn women's soccer team was defeated by the United States Merchant Marine Academy, 0-7, on Tuesday evening from Aviator Field.

The Mariners netted five of their six first-half goals in the first 13 minutes, with Alexx Forman completing a hat trick during that time. They added their sixth goal with six minutes left in the half, confirming the 6-0 result at the intermission.
