St. Joseph's University - Brooklyn

Kathleen O'Neill joins the St. Joseph’s College men'svolleyball coaching staff for her first season in 2012 as assistantcoach.  O'Neill just completed her fourth year as head coachof the women’s volleyball team leading them to the HudsonValley Women’s Athletic Conference title in 2008 andback-to-back tournament runner-up finishes in 2010 & 2011. 

O’Neill graduated from St. Joseph’s as valedictorianin 2005, receiving her B.S. in History with a concentration inEducation.  She was a three-sport athlete, playing on thevolleyball, basketball and softball teams during her four-yearcareer and was a member of the 2004 HVWAC championship volleyballteam that started the current streak of five.  Her basketballand softball teams also each captured an HVWAC title.

O’Neill is also in her third year as head coach of the JVvolleyball team at Bishop Kearney High School, where she graduatedin 2001.

As her full-time job, O’Neill is a social studies teacherin the NYC Department of Education for the past five years. She resides in Brooklyn, NY.
