NEW YORK — Kris Vinski (Bridgehampton, N.Y./Bridgehampton) of the St. Joseph's University, N.Y. – Brooklyn baseball team was selected by head coach Rich Pecoraro to represent the program on the 2025 Skyline Conference All-Sportsmanship Team. The league office made the announcement on Wednesday.
The Skyline Conference recognizes All-Sportsmanship Team members in all 19 of its championship sports, with each program announcing one recipient for his or her sportsmanlike demeanor, both in and out of competition.
Vinski earned a win in his season debut in February, throwing 6.1 scoreless innings of relief with six strikeouts against Lehman. His first of two starts came against Valley Forge, where he secured his second win after five innings and two strikeouts.
Capping the year as part of the Bears' season-ending three-game win streak, the sophomore delivered four scoreless innings, allowing just two hits and striking out three to earn his first career save and complete a season sweep of Lehman.
In total, Vinski appeared in 14 games this season, tossing 40 innings and recording 17 strikeouts.
