NEW YORK — The Skyline Conference officially unveiled its Winter/Spring 2025–26 Academic Honor Roll on Friday afternoon, recognizing 34 student-athletes from St. Joseph's University, New York (Brooklyn) for their outstanding performances in the classroom.

The Bears' honorees represent five varsity programs: men's and women's basketball, men's volleyball, baseball, and softball. To qualify for the Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must achieve a grade-point average of 3.30 or higher during their competitive semester.

In total, the conference-wide list features 880 student-athletes from the league's 12 member institutions.

Showing a sustained commitment to academic excellence, half of the 34 SJBK recipients earned the distinction in multiple semesters. Of those 17, Kristen Donovan and Leila Heller were recognized on the Academic Honor Roll in each of their four years in their respective sports. Six of the 14 members of the recently-inducted Chi Alpha Sigma class also feature.

"Academic success is at the heart of the Division III experience, and we are incredibly proud to recognize these student-athletes for their dedication in the classroom," said Skyline Commissioner Melissa Reilly. "Their commitment to excellence extends well beyond competition and reflects the values of our member institutions and the Skyline Conference."
